Cables manufactured to your exact specifications.

First, we begin with your drawings, sketches or pinout documents and then we assign a unique part number. Next we create manufacturing documents using our proprietary CDX software. The unique part number allows us to produce this particular assembly over and over without requiring engineering information from you. This makes re-ordering a snap. We can also clone an existing cable when the internal specifications are unknown.

Custom Labeling

We label your cable with our part number and any other information you want on the assembly. Multiple labels are common. Labels may include installation information such as machine, node address and port address to aid installers. Our sales and customer service personnel will be glad to help you with a labeling scheme that works for you.

Every cable is tested at least TWICE!

During our manufacturing process, each assembly is thorougly tested during various stages of assembly. When completed, a final series of tests and inspections are performed which include electrical parameters, cosmetic features, correct labeling, etc. This extensive testing insures that you get exactly what you ordered with the quality you expect.
