Fiber Optics |
Our Fiber Lab contains state of the art equipment and qualified technicians for filling your fiber optic needs. |
Specialized equipment is used to prepare the fiber end for termination into the connector body. The outer jacket and filler material is removed exposing the fiber strand. |
After assembly, the fiber connector is placed in a polisher where imperfections are removed from the fiber tip. |
Next, we visually inspect the polished end with a video microscope. Any imperfections become immediately visable and can be re-polished if necessary. |
Now the assembly is ready for final test. All fiber cables are fully tested to meet or exceed industry standards. Certified documented testing is available on request. |
